Annual Influenza Vaccination
The Annual Influenza Vaccination is a yearly event for the elderly organized by the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple. During this event, around 300 seniors living in 3 different districts of Chinatown, Banda, Chin Swee and Jalan Kukoh, will be invited to the temple for free vaccinations against influenza. Transport will also be arranged for the elderly. In addition to medical care, we also provide each of them with a Maitri Bag filled with daily essentials like Anlene milk powder after taking the vaccination to help them with their daily lives. The items in the goodie bags are selected based on our discussion with the staff of the Kreta Ayer Senior Activity Centres, who understands which items the elderly needs.
Flu Vaccination 2023
The annual flu vaccination event hosted by the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple is quickly approaching! Just like in previous years, we are excited to provide Maitri Charity Bags to the elderly individuals attending the vaccination.
