Bodhisattva Kshitigarbha Longevity Lantern

Life-Prolonging Ksitigarbha is one of the manifestations of Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha. He blesses one to escape from the misfortune of a short lifespan and premature death, having taken a vow to help all beings to prolong their life. The significance of hanging up the Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha lantern during Ullambana Festival is to transmit to all beings the light of the powerful vows made by Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva. May the supreme virtue and merits bless all beings to be happy and free from suffering, calamities, illness and epidemics, to attain a long life and may all wishes of sentient beings be fulfilled. We welcome devotees to register for the "Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha Lantern" to brighten up the world and the life of all sentient beings.
